As a relaxant and revitalising muscularskeletal workout I’ve only found one youtube teacher demonstrating to my preference.

I learnt this set from Mark Peters who has a DVD demonstration, check his website, and I’ve some notes from him that he’s given permission for me to share here.

Mark’s DVD is packed with good stuff and available from his website, Painting a Rainbow.
I will get round to doing a free demo on youtube … but until then use anything available, memory, improvisation and Sally on youtube.
